Based in Dubai, Serene is a hygene brand for pets that believes bath time should be a moment of care and connection between pets and humans. While some pets are used to the pet shop routine, it’s also common to see behaviors like fear, anxiety, and even skin issues after bathing. But that doesn’t have to be the case. With high-quality products, carefully selected ingredients, and a focus on our furry friends’ sensitivities, Serene aims to transform bath time into a moment of affection, care, and connection. The goal in the branding project was to help the company position itself as a sophisticated, caring, high-quality and complete line of products designed to meet the unique needs of our pets. So we developed an identity that embodies lightness and cleanliness, with an elegant font, soft elements, and a snout as a main symbol – the greatest icon of animal individuality.

our proccess

During the diagnostic process, we sought to understand the brand’s value proposition, its audience and local competitors, the personality we would like to portray and how its story would be told. Aligning expectations with the responsible team and outlining the main objectives of the project, we moved on to desk research to validate all the information and outline the strategic path that would be followed in the stages of positioning and creation of visual identity.

Clean and relaxing

The brand’s visual universe (fonts, colors, use of images, elements and applications) were developed to highlight the aspects of lightness, cleanliness and affection. The packaging family uses animal photography to convey the pet’s individuality, with a voice and visual identity always in a happy and relaxed tone.
